Ten Minute Mind Increase

Peace, a meditation is available to anyone. There is no such thing as someone who "can not contemplate." It 's only those who have a lot of work and which do not. If you like the idea of meditation, but are often discouraged in your attempts, or inadvertently create barriers that destroyed their efforts, never give up. With a little 'practice, even the most novice can gradually find peace. Here are 9 steps to a simple meditation exercise that frees the mind and the rest of your body.

1. Set the timer for 10 minutes and

2 straight (not confirmed or you risk falling asleep) Cross your legs and plant both feet firmly on the ground Sit.

3. Imagine a feeling of warmth, like warm honey, or hot air begins in top of the head and go smoothly over the head, shoulders, arms, torso, legs and feet out.

4. Are present in your body. Be aware of the energy that is your own body. Feel the heat of this life force within you, and I feel like relaxing in the warm feeling of relaxation going from head to toe.

5. Feel the stress and tension leaving your body on your feet.

6. Concentrate on your breathing. Aware of the tip of the nose where the breath in and out. Inhale through the nose to allow breathing to fill your lungs and then exhale through the nose.

7. Keep breathing deeply for the rest of 10 minutes

8. When your mind wanders gently bring it back to the breath and awareness to the tip of his nose. Your mind will say: "But that's boring." Or "That's ridiculous," and this is the beginning of the formation of his mind. Replace the thought with the thought that "I am quiet I'm concentrating on my breathing."

9. Note that when the timer turns off your body, mind and soul feel more calm and relaxed.

Making meditation work for you is as simple as giving you the opportunity to practice enough times to make it more familiar. If you practice this simple breathing exercise for 5-10 minutes every day from your body and mind become familiar with the meditative state of peaceful routine and come to you easier.
