Whatever we have in society, it is about the same thing: finding divinity within us. Many of us have wasted so much time suppressing that God is in our self-inflicted world of pain, loneliness and unhappiness within the boundaries and barriers we set up. We are so stuck on just us.
When self-satisfied, you will burden people with his words, explanations and smiling faces. You might be able to get with her smiling face, but it's just a facade. It will end. As time passes, people will recognize their nature, who you are and how you are. When they identify who you are and how you and you realize that they recognize that, you will begin to suffer.
When you start to suffer, you can do two things: you can climb out of that suffering, and better, or you can go deeper into it and hide, to escape from her escape, not face, not improve. If you do another, it is only a temporary measure and, unfortunately, with all the technology today - e-mail communication and phone - you can not hide. Now, there are web-cams everywhere, there are nasty people who love to gossip, and what we are watching and reporting on us. In any case, people are intelligent and educated - they can observe and speculate about what happens, regardless of the explanation. There is an ancient saying actions speak louder than words.
God know you've reached this stage of divine control and doing something about it: you go against him and fight the tide. It is very difficult, it is hard and you want to give up - but it's easier than running. When you start, you can just get away from everyone else, but not by yourself. Wherever you go, who you will be revealed. Your reputation will follow your habits will follow and how it will follow. There is no way to escape.
This is not about whether you practice Buddhism deeply, and it's not about whether you do meditation and mantras. If you have a sick father, and not even go see it, you are suppressing the Divine. If you do not use your sick father in any way, you are suppressing the Divine. In our culture, which may be how you manifest your divinity, you can use it as a means to manifest God. What is divine? Something that is divine is all-encompassing. This is harmony. It is the creation of another being to feel good. It is our feeling good as a result of other beings feel happy and dismissal of his suffering. It's divine to be cautious and vigilant, and be alert and vigilant to the needs of people.
When we give people what they need or want, when we do all we can do to help and relieve them of their suffering, and when we are aware, it is divine. Divine is an improvement in itself, opening the development of higher consciousness and relieving others of their suffering. And as the years pass, we will see yourself open, do not run, not hide, not getting deeper into our self-gratifications and have everything else to throw into the wind.
